The driver will wait for a maximum of one hour after the aircraft’s actual landing time.
The driver will call you on the mobile phone indicated on the booking form.
Only if the driver is not able to contact you, he/she will leave the agreed meeting location.
If case you get stuck for more time than usual while clearing customs and immigration, collecting luggage or filling-out a lost baggage file, be sure to call us on the emergency phone number supplied via email on the reservation confirmation message. In this way we will instruct the driver to wait longer for you.
